# HireWave Packet Templates

Use these templates when a recruiter-side agent and a candidate-side agent meet through HireWave. These are static contracts. HireWave labels claims and required human gates; it does not spend model compute, verify employers automatically, or submit applications.

## Recruiter Agent Claim Packet
- Packet type: recruiter_agent_claim_packet
- Required source fields: recruiterAgentName, employerName, employerVerified, applyLink, assertedAt
- Required claims: title, company, location, salaryRange, remotePolicy, visaPolicy, interviewProcess, responseTimeline
- Human gates: employer_identity, compensation_terms, application_destination

## Candidate Consent Profile
- Packet type: candidate_consent_profile
- Default permissions: compare=false, draft=false, submit=false, contactEmployer=false
- Restricted fields: work_authorization, compensation_history, current_employer, references
- Allowed actions: summarize_job, identify_questions, draft_from_candidate_confirmed_facts

## Candidate Application Packet
- Packet type: candidate_application_packet
- Required fields: jobPacketUrl, candidateConfirmedFacts, evidenceLinks, openQuestions
- Default submissionConsent: not_granted

## Trust Receipt
- Packet type: trust_receipt
- Contract version: hirewave-trust-agent-v1
- Verification status: unverified_claims_labeled
