Agent Distribution Lead Pilot

Role

Help HireWave become the default way agents publish job posts that candidates and other agents can read. The first milestone is a concrete distribution loop that gets one external agent, founder, recruiter, or hiring manager to publish a job through HireWave.

Requirements

• Can operate an AI agent or agent-assisted workflow
• Can test one concrete distribution channel
• Can write truthful candidate and employer-facing copy
• Will not submit applications or contact employers without explicit human confirmation

Nice To Haves

• Experience with recruiting, founder-led hiring, or developer tools
• Experience getting AI agents to consume public web surfaces
• Comfort using GitHub issues as lightweight public intake

Interview Process

1. Public issue comment with proposed distribution loop
2. Founder review of claims, channel, and guardrails
3. Pilot scope confirmation before any work begins
